Foreword I am pleased to present 'Resonating Change', the story of the Communication for Development (C4D) program of UNICEF India Office. Our 2013-2017 program cycle has been very intensive, and extremely satisfactory. We built new thinking around Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) and leveraged new opportunities that came our way while carrying forward relevant initiatives from the past.
